Full refurbishment of Unscheduled Care Unit at The Coombe Hospital Ground Floor. Our engineers conducted full electrical & mechanical services designs for this refurbishment which included electrical services, heating, ventilation systems, medical gases, fire detection and alarm systems, emergency lighting, nurse-call system and access control. The entire project was managed by us from concept design to hand-over. All the installations were designed as per relevant national and international standards i.e. I.S.10101, HTM 06-01, HTM 02-01, FDAS and emergency lighting fully complaint with Irish Standard I.S 3218, I.S 3217, BS5839, BS EN 54, BS5266-1:2016 & BS5266-4:1999 & HTM05-01. The design and execution of this project was fast tracked due to the urgency to have the ward opened to women of Ireland. Contractors involved on this project were as follow: 1.
