At TGBG CONSULTING ENGINEERS LTD we are delighted and honored to be appointed M&E Consultant for Active life Safety Systems Upgrade for The Crescent Building in Park West Dublin. This is an historical fire safety project which is funded by the Irish Government (€10.8 million) to undertake remediation works upgrading passive and active fire defects in the building. The Crescent Building was built in 2003 and consists of 232 individual apartments spread-over multiples floors, 9 cores including underground or lower ground car-parking facility. We look forward completing this project within timeframe of 18 months with minimal disturbance to resident. Project Team includes: 1. Hollyfort 2. TGBG Consulting Engineers Ltd 3. View project →TGBG Consulting Engineers Ltd were appointed to conducted fingerprinting and assessment of existing mechanical ventilation systems installed in Balally Primary Care Centre, Rockfield Medical Campus mainly on 2nd and 3rd floors occupied by HSE. The scope of works included fingerprint survey of the mechanical ventilation system plant and the following: 1. Space heating demand and cooling demand calculations for each clinical rooms, 2. Air changes per hour and flow rates m/s of each clinical room, 3. Conditional assessment of mechanical ventilation plant, 4. Conducted data comparison based on recommissioning reports, 5. Submit report and recommendations
