At TGBG CONSULTING ENGINEERS LTD we are delighted and honored to be appointed M&E Consultant for Active life Safety Systems Upgrade for The Crescent Building in Park West Dublin. This is an historical fire safety project which is funded by the Irish Government (€10.8 million) to undertake remediation works upgrading passive and active fire defects in the building. The Crescent Building was built in 2003 and consists of 232 individual apartments spread-over multiples floors, 9 cores including underground or lower ground car-parking facility.
